Join us the evening of Tuesday, April 15th at the Café Express Uptown for an evening of mingling and dinner. We will be celebrating the 152nd anniversary of the founding of Theta Chi Fraternity and the sorrow of having to pay Taxes. Cocktails will begin at 6:15 pm and dinner at 7:00 pm.
